Wie jedes Jahr Ende August, findet in Friedrichshafen die weltbekannte Eurobike statt. Hersteller aus der ganzen Welt präsentieren ihre Neuheiten rund ums Zweirad und laden zum Fachsimpeln ein. Unser Teamchef David war ebenfalls für einen kurzen Besuch in Friedrichshafen und bestaunte die 2014er Neuheiten aus nächster Nähe.
Besonders Eindruck hinderliess dabei das neue Super All-Mountain Konzept, kurz SAM von Focus. Ein Enduro-Bike auf 27,5 Zoll Rädern, bewaffnet mit je 160mm hinten und vorne. Highlights wie die simple Geometrie oder die innenverlegten Brems- und Schaltkabel, garantieren nicht nur perfekten Fahrspass, sondern auch eine bombastische Optik.
Eine buchstäblich grosse Überraschung wartet am Stand von X-Bionic. David war im Juli für ein kurzes Fotoshooting bei X-Bionic, wo er in der neuesten Bikewear posierte. Was aber schlussendlich mit den Bildern passierte, ist doch eine Nummer für sich. Aber seht selbst...
